Being an expert 'Skilled Games Player' at Gisborne Intermediate requires us to think about how we are thinking, behaving and treating others in a game situation.
At the moment we are looking at the 'Physical Skills' and 'Thinking Skills' required for Ultimate Frisbee and Football.
Our 'Social Skills' focus is Self Management.
- What emotions do we feel sometimes during Physical Education?
- What impulses do we have as a result of these emotions?
- Self Assessment: How well do we manage these emotions and impulses?
We unpacked what Self Management means and assessed how well we think we are doing. What next steps can we take to improve?
Kia Ora! It me again, Anamaria. You guys are really improving in your critical thinking skills. Your emotions are very descriptive and detailed and you explained the skills so clearly that they were easy to understand. You should continue to post describing these emotions and explain them all. ReplyDeleteI adored your physical education post, I think that it was really nice how you showed and described how to play fairly and the corporation piece. It was very easy to read and clear to understand. I like how you improved the text as you continued read on.
